Established just a short 11 years ago, Waxhaw Flag Football has grown to be the Waxhaw Area's "Go To" clubs for Fall/Winter Flag Football Seasons. We offer Four Age Based Divisions ranging from 5yrs to 13yrs of age. We are excited to kick off our 11th season later this Fall and look forward to having you join us!

We will play 8 weeks of games in 7 weeks. The 8th week of games will be played each Monday, 2 divisions per week. If your team is scheduled for 2 games in a weekend, the first game is that weeks game, the second game is your 8th week game.

  • BIG-10 (5-7 Years)
  • ACC - (8-9 Years)
  • SEC - (10-11 Years)
  • NFL - (12-13 Years)


  • BIG10 - 2022 Fees: $165 per player
  • ACC - 2022 Fees: $165 per player
  • SEC - 2022 Fees: $ 165 per player
  • NFL - 2022 Fees: $165 per player


There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds/credits and all requests must be made NO LATER than Five(5) business days prior to the start of the program.

  • 50% REFUND after the Uniform is Ordered
  • NO REFUNDS after the first game

Flag Football Coaches!

We're trying something new with our Flag Football Registration for Fall 2022. For the first time you as parents can register your player(s) as well as yourself as a Volunteer Coach or strictly register as a Volunteer Coach in one single form. This is a departure from last year where we had two separate forms.

We depend heavily on our Volunteer Coaches coming from our parent ranks. We look forward to welcoming you back for the fall. We are also excited to welcome new volunteer parents as coaches.  Coaches will receive a refund of the registration fees at the end of a completed season as the coach. 

If you are registering to coach, please note that you will be required to complete abuse online training and background check. All coaches must complete this training.

  • Team Size: 10-12 Players Max
  • Player Assessments & DRAFT are mandatory for PAC-12 (5-7yrs ONLY for Winter 2022 Season).
  • All returning ACC, SEC and NFL team  coaches have the option to request to stay together as a team.
  • During registration, Players can request to play for their same coach from the previous season OR request to be entered into the "Transfer Portal" to be drafted onto a new team.
  • Any player who requests a coach that has either not returned OR has moved up an age group, will automatically be entered into the "Transfer Portal"
  • Coaches will be allowed to retain up to eight(8) players per team. 2-4 Players will come from the "Transfer Portal".
  • Coaches must take players from the "Transfer Portal". 
  • The "Transfer Portal" is an auto draft of players who are available to join a team.
  • Players will be drafted onto a team according to age and team space.
  • Special requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.


  • Practices can begin after team rosters are finalized and coaches reach out to teams, time/location TBD by coaches


  • All Divisions are 6v6
  • All Games are 1 Hour
  • 7 Games are Sunday's
  • 1 Game per Division will be played as the "Friday Night Game of the Week" PAC12 & ACC at 6:30pm, SEC & NFL at 7:30pm.
  • No Games over UCPS Holiday Breaks


Due to any weather cancellations, games could be scheduled beyond the original season end date. No refunds or credits will be given for make-up dates.
