• January 12: Registration for MICRO & EDP Opens
• January 14: U8-U16 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
• February 17-20: Late Registration Requests ($100 Late Fee applies)
• Spring Season: March 3 - May 31, 2025
• Micro & EDP Game Season: March 22 - May 31, 2025 (No Games 4/19,  4/26, 5/24)
• REC U8-U16 Game Season: March 15 - May 31, 2025 (No Games 4/19,  4/26, 5/24-25)
• UCPS Breaks: April 19-27 & May 24-26
• Game Schedules: Saturday Games; Released early March 2025

Late Fees

$100.00 fee for registration requests between February 17-20, 2025. Requests are subject to team openings review prior to approval.

REFUND POLICY

The WAA policy as follows: After registration completion, we offer NO REFUNDS except for extraordinary circumstances (season ending injury or family relocation outside of the immediate area).

All Age group Registration Sports Fees cover the cost of doing business for WXW Soccer Club including, but not limited to: year round field maintenance at three(3) facilities, field painting at three(3) facilities, electricity, portable restroom rentals, goals/goal repairs, UCYS Dues & Scheduling, UCYS FALL Tournament Fees, sport administration costs, tower light rentals, and other fixed & variable expenses

Micro Soccer Fees

• Birth Years: 2021 & 2020
• Registration Sports Fees: $75.00
• Processing Fees: 3.25% + $1.00 Credit Card Processing Fee
• Includes uniform shirt + End of Season Trophy
• Up to 12 Teams for each Micro 1 & Micro 2

EDP Soccer Fees

• Birth Years: 2019 & 2018
• Registration Sports Fees: $205.00
• Processing Fees: 3.25% + $1.00 Credit Card Processing Fee
• Includes Uniform Shirt + End of Season Trophy
• Up to 12 Teams for each EDP 1 & EDP 2

REC U8-U16 SOCCER FEES

• Birth Years: 2017-2009
• Registration Sports Fees: $220.00 (includes UCYS, Sports Management, and Facilities costs)
• Uniform Fees: $35 (Waxhaw Soccer Team White/Blue Jersey, Light Blue Shorts, and Light Blue Socks)
• Processing Fees: 3.25% + $1.00 Credit Card Processing Fee
• Additional Fees Collected Separately: Referee Fees & Tournament Fees

Additional Fees (REC U8-U16 ONLY)

• Referee Fees - These fees are collected prior to the season by the Volunteer Team Manager in order to pay the referees weekly.
• Tournament Fees - Fall UCYS Tournament is included in registration fees, but referee fees are not, and will be collected by the Team Manager. Spring WCWAA Spring City Tournament is optional, fees are not included, and teams decide to register and play in the tournament. Spring Tournament fees are collected by the Team Manager in order to register.
