USYS National League
The US Youth Soccer National League is the highest level of competition in the US Youth Soccer Leagues Program. It provides an annual platform for the nation's top teams in the 14U through 19U age groups to compete against each other.

NSYS National Piedmont Conference
The NSYS National Piedmont Conference is one of the 13 conferences within the USYS National League. It operates at a multi-state level, primarily including teams from:
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Georgia
- Parts of East Tennessee
Key Aspects of the Piedmont Conference
- High-Level Competition: It provides high-level competition on a consistent basis within the region.
- Team-Based Competition: Teams earn their place in the appropriate level of play through their performance on the field.
- Pathway to National League Playoffs and Championships: The top teams in the Piedmont Conference can qualify for the National League Conference Playoffs, which then provides a pathway to the US Youth Soccer National Championships.9
- Multi-State League: Participating teams should expect to travel across state lines for conference games.
- Levels of Play: The highest level of play within each age group is the Premier I Division.
- Fall and Spring Seasons: Generally, 14U-19U age groups play primarily in the fall, while the 13U age group plays in the spring. There can also be additional spring seasons for some age groups.
- Qualification for 2025-2026 Season: For the upcoming season, North Carolina will qualify three teams in the 14U-19U age groups into the Piedmont Conference. The top two finishing teams in each Premier I division of the current season typically retain their spot for the following season.
