We are just a few hours away from closing our MICRO, EDP, and REC Registrations for the upcoming Fall 2024 Season! It's a quick couple of weeks to organize everything to start the week of August 26th all while working through major flooding cleanup. We are encouraging anyone who is still on the fence to discuss with players and complete your registration. After today, any request to register, no matter if you think you missed an email, social post, web update, etc., there will be a $100 late fee incurred. The form will be available until 11:59pm on Sunday night.

That said, we made a lot of updates to the registration form to make it even easier for parents to register players. Parents now how the ability to select training days and times (of the remaining offered) for their players. With the number of players and teams, plus the fields and specific times, this change was necessary to make it easier for parents to register and know when their players will train each week, up front, no guessing. Many of the slots are already filled, but there are still several still available.

The Club has made another significant investment into eight(8) brand new Euro Goals for the EDP Fields at Nesbit Park. Luckily these were not put out before the flood. This is the culmination of 3 years of outdated goal replacement through our partners at Kwik-Goal. The Club is always looking at ways to improve our equipment and our facilities. These are a big investment and we are happy to now have these new goals for our EDP players.

Here's what you need to know for Registration:

• Registration Dates: CLOSES TODAY, AUGUST11
• Late Registration Requests: Aug.12-16 ($100 Late Fee applies)
• Fall Season: Aug. 26 - Nov. 3
• REC U8-U16 Game Season: Sept. 7 - Oct. 26
• MICRO & EDP Game Season: Sept. 14 - Nov. 2
• REC U8-16 UCYS Tournament: Nov. 2 & 3
• Game Schedules will be released in early September
• Practice Days & Times are now based on registration for MICRO & EDP
• Practice Days & Times for REC U8-U16 are based on registration
• Based on total registrations per age group, the Club reserves the right to adjust schedules based on enrollment. We will contact families if there are any changes.

MICRO FEES

• Birth Years: 2021 & 2020
• Fees: $75.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
• Includes uniform shirt + End of Season Trophy
• Up to 12 Teams for each Micro 1 & Micro 2

EDP FEES

• Birth Years: 2019 & 2018
• Fees: $205.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
• Includes uniform shirt + End of Season Trophy
• Up to 12 Teams for each Micro 1 & Micro 2

REC U8-U16 FEES

• Birth Years: 2017-2007 (U8 BOYS SOLD OUT)
• Fees: $255.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
• Referee Fees & Tournament Fees collected separately
• Includes WXW Soccer Club Team White/Blue Jersey, Light Blue Shorts, and Light Blue Socks
• Referee Fees are no longer included with the registration
• Spring Tournament Fees are separate from registration
• Up to 4 Teams per Age Group

All Age group Sports Fees cover the cost of doing business for WXW Soccer Club including, but not limited to: year round field maintenance at three(3) facilities, field painting at three(3) facilities, electricity, portable restroom rentals, goals/goal repairs, UCYS Dues & Scheduling, UCYS FALL Tournament Fees, sport administration costs, tower light rentals, and other fixed & variable expenses.
