How We Use Registration Fees: The Club's Recreational registration fees cover all business-related expenses. These fees are used for Recreational Soccer's share of year-round upkeep of our three facilities (including field maintenance, painting, goals, electricity, and restrooms), league dues to NCYSA, and administrative costs like technology and equipment rentals. For players in the U8-U16 Recreational league only, the registration fees also includes their UCYS league, scheduling, and Fall Tournament fees. With extensive budgeting, if we have remaining funds, we use these funds to reinvest into the Club with purchase of new goals, enhancements to facilities, marketing & signage, and more!

WAA Policies & Terms | WAA Refund Policy is as follows: After registration completion, we offer NO REFUNDS except for extraordinary circumstances such as season ending injury or family relocation outside of the immediate area at a prorated rate. Athletes who are eligible to "tryout" for School District sport at the same time as the registered sport, may request a refund only if the player is selected to join the school district team in conflict with the WAA sport PRIOR to the season.  (Visit WAA Policies & Terms for more information)
