How We Use Registration Fees: Girls Softball Registration fees cover the cost of league and state registration fees, insurance, equipment, umpires, field maintenance, utility costs, and uniforms. Additionall,y the fees cover all business-related expenses. These fees are used for Girls Softball's share of year-round upkeep of the facilities at Waxhaw Elementary School including, but not limited to field maintenance, lining, repairs, light rentals, restrooms rentals, league & state registration fees, insurance, and administrative costs like technology and equipment.

With extensive budgeting, if we have remaining funds, we use those funds to reinvest into Girls Softball which can include enhancements to facilities, marketing, signage, and more!

Head & Assistant Coaches: Coaches at this level are volunteers. They willingly give their time and energy to our young players. In return for their efforts they receive our appreciation, memories made with the children and a group of smiling faces. Please consider becoming a coach.
