There are many updates to the Fall 2024 registration process. Please read the entire page before starting your registration. - WXW Soccer Club

We're excited for the upcoming season and look forward to many of our players and coaches returning for the Fall Season! We depend heavily on our volunteer coaches coming from our parent ranks. Many of you have stepped up to volunteer and we are forever grateful. We look forward to welcoming you back for the Fall 2024 season. We are also excited to welcome new volunteer parents as Coaches and Team Managers.

As with our previous seasons, Waxhaw Soccer Club will offer three(3) age appropriate programs: MICRO (U4 & U5), EDP (U6 & U7), and REC (U8-U16) for this upcoming season. Due to field space and volunteer coach availability, we have made several changes to streamline the registration process. This will make it easier for you to know exactly when your player will have practices and where. It will be different as we now have Fixed Days, Times, and Locations for each age group for registration.

As you register your player, you will be presented with these new options for registration. You will be able select the Days & Times that are available for your players age/birth year. For the younger age groups, there will be three(3) options for and early time and a later time. For the older age groups, there will be four(4) options per age group as the Club can roster up to four(4) teams per age group. Once a Day/Time slot is filled, it will no longer be available. We encourage early, rather than late, registration.

Registration is now based on the training days, times and locations below:

MICRO (U4 & U5) TRAINING - NESBIT PARK

MICRO 1 (2021) will train on Monday or Wednesday at Nesbit Park; 5:30pm-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:30pm
MICRO 2 (2020) will train on Tuesday or Thursday at Nesbit Park; 5:30pm-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:30pm

EDP (U6 & U7) TRAINING - NESBIT PARK

EDP 1 (2019) will train on Monday or Wednesday at Nesbit Park; 5:00pm-6:00pm or 6:00pm-7:00pm
EDP 2 (2018) will train on Tuesday or Thursday at Nesbit Park; 5:00pm-6:00pm or 6:00pm-7:00pm

REC U8-U9/10 - NEW TOWN ELEMENTARY

REC U8 (2017) Boys & Girls will train on M/W or T/TH at NTES; 6:00pm-7:00pm or 7:00pm-8:00pm
REC U9 (2016) Boys will train on M/W or T/TH at NTES; 6:00pm-7:00pm or 7:00pm-8:00pm
REC U9/U10 (2016/2015) Girls will train on M/W or T/TH at NTES; 6:00pm-7:00pm or 7:00pm-8:00pm

REC U10-U16 - WESTERN UNION ELEMENTARY

REC U10 (2015) Boys will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm
REC U11/U12 (2014/2013)Boys will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm
REC U11/U12 (2014/2013) Girls will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm
REC U13/U14 (2012/2011) Boys will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm
REC U13/U14 (2012/2011) Girls will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm
REC U15/U16 (2010/2009) COED will train on M/W or T/TH at WUES; 6:30pm-7:30pm or 7:30pm-8:30pm

FALL 2024 Registration & season timeline - CLOSED

Registration Dates: July 2 - August 11
Late Registration Requests: Aug.12-16 ($100 Late Fee applies)
Fall Season: Aug. 26 - Nov. 3
REC U8-U16 Game Season: Sept. 7 - Oct. 26
MICRO & EDP Game Season: Sept. 14 - Nov. 2
REC U8-16 UCYS Tournament: Nov. 2 & 3
Game Schedules will be released in early September
Practice Days & Times are now based on registration for MICRO & EDP
Practice Days & Times for REC U8-U16 are based on registration, but based on total registrations per age group, the Club reserves the right to adjust schedules based on enrollment.

Micro Soccer Fees

Birth Years: 2021 & 2020
Fees: $75.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
Includes uniform shirt + End of Season Trophy
Up to 12 Teams for each Micro 1 & Micro 2

EDP Soccer Fees

Birth Years: 2019 & 2018
Fees: $205.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
Includes uniform shirt + End of Season Trophy
Up to 12 Teams for each Micro 1 & Micro 2

REC U8-U16 SOCCER FEES

Birth Years: 2017-2007
Fees: $255.00 (plus 3.25% + $1.00 processing fee)
Referee Fees & Tournament Fees collected separately
Includes WXW Soccer Club Team White/Blue Jersey, Light Blue Shorts, and Light Blue Socks
Referee Fees are no longer included with the registration
Spring Tournament Fees are separate from registration
Up to 4 Teams per Age Group

All Age group Sports Fees cover the cost of doing business for WXW Soccer Club including, but not limited to: year round field maintenance at three(3) facilities, field painting at three(3) facilities, electricity, portable restroom rentals, goals/goal repairs, UCYS Dues & Scheduling, UCYS FALL Tournament Fees, sport administration costs, tower light rentals, and other fixed & variable expenses.

Late Fees

$100.00 fee for registration requests between August 12 - August 16. Requests are subject to team openings review prior to approval.
